I’ve been going to this nail salon for years and it never disappoints. The space is always spotless, the service is consistently excellent, and the recent renovations are absolutely beautiful—such a fresh, elevated feel. Every visit is a great experience from start to finish.
⚠️ Warning to customers I’ve been going to this salon for over 10 years. I stopped for a while because I moved and it became too far, but I recently decided to come back and I’m very disappointed. The quality has gone downhill a lot. Everything feels rushed, and the nail polish is applied carelessly, with no proper finishing almost like putting plaster on a wall. It doesn’t even make you feel like tipping at the end. I used to go every week for manicures and pedicures, so I know how it should be done. There is absolutely no need to file the top of the nail so aggressively like they’re sanding something rough just to apply shellac — this damages the nails. The pressure they use is excessive and unnecessary. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. Ps it’s not chilac like it’s my natural nail.
Really impressed. Went here for the first time this weekend and Mimi brought my exact vision to life based on just a photo. Was in and out an in an hour. This same service costs x3 times more at my old salon downtown. Will definitely be coming back here instead!
